New Beginning Ministries - Pastor Windford Outlaw has embraced the Colours family and has provided us with much needed stability by allowing us to use our local church as a base from which to run our Colours programs.  We are able to teach regularly scheduled classes, hold rehearsals and continue outreach to the community.  

The decision of New beginnings Ministries to support us by being our spiritual covering reassures the Colours’ family that our efforts to assist our youth and community in becoming motivated in achieving spiritual growth, and cultural pride through artistic expressions is truly a worthwhile cause.  Your covering, prayers and assistance will benefit many.

New Beginnings Ministries outreach dance ministry is comprised of dancers from area churches who have the heart to dance unto Lord.  The vision of this outreach dance ministry was introduced to the community by Sharon Hill Founder/ Director of Colours School of the Arts; and is hosted by New Beginnings Ministries under the Leadership of Pastor Windford Outlaw.

Mission/Vision of the Dance Ministry is to:
Use dance to win souls for the purpose of building the Kingdom of God.

Goals: 

    •  To develop a team of worshippers who passionately express their worship through dance

    •  To minister to each other which will develop our ability to minister to anyone else, the community at large

    •  To impart the spiritual disciplines and requirements of service to God

    •  To transform our bodies into instruments of praise and worship, weapons of warfare, deliverance and prophetic intercession.
